On Arrival: Airport and hotel

Schiphol has four exits: 1, 2, 3 and 4. At these exits there will be ASE2024 signs to direct you to our two information desks. The desks are located between exits 1 and 2 and between exits 3 and 4.

Our hostesses will be happy to accompany you to the taxi stands where transport to hotel Huis ter Duin is arranged.

BADGES ESA-ESTEC

ESA-ESTEC is a working place with strict security measures in place. To proceed quickly at the gate on Monday morning, security staff will be present at Huis ter Duin (17 – 22h) to issue badges after your passport details have been checked.

All fliers and companions are kindly requested to report to the ASE desk at Huis ter Duin to receive their badges. Please do not forget your passport.

Fliers and companions arriving from Monday onwards will be accompanied to the ESA-ESTEC gate to receive their badges individually.

WALK OF SPACE

On the boulevard of Noord is the ‘Walk of Space’ with tiles with handprints of astronauts. With so many fliers present, ESA and the Municipality of Noordwijk are happy to take the opportunity to scan the hands of astronauts for a future tile in the Walk of Space

8.00 – 22.00 Welcome and check-in at Grand Hotel Huis ter Duin. Please proceed to the ASE2024 desk in the lobby.

18.00 – 21.00 Informal dinner (buffet)

19.00 Word of welcome by André

17.00 – 22.00 Badging by ESA-ESTEC security staff at Huis ter Duin.

19.00 – 22.00 Scanning of hands of astronauts (voluntary)

We have arranged a taxi to hotel Huis ter Duin in Noordwijk.

Upon arrival please call our logistic partner Brouwer at +31 71 36 11 000 and proceed to the meeting point at the red dot below. Your driver will meet you here and and will be recognizable by the ASE Congress logo.
